This well designed new, but traditionally-styled, property can accommodate up to 15+ people and has central heating and log fires in each lounge. It has been built & designed to allow for separate apartments accessed by a central staircase whilst maintaining the cozy atmosphere of a family home.

Four Seasons Retreat is located in the picturesque village of Momchilovtsi, near the Pamporovo ski resort. Accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis and it ideal for individuals, groups and families for holidays and/or special occasions. Momchilovtsi is ideal for winter and summer activities and fun for the whole family which enjoys fantastic sunsets and panoramic views over the village and the mountains of Greece.

Four Seasons Retreat consists of double& treble bedrooms and a large family suite which sleeps up to 5 people. All rooms are en-suite, and are finished to a very high standard.

The 6 bedrooms consist of:

* Two large ensuite bedrooms with 3 beds,
* Two large ensuite bedrooms with 2 beds
* One Family Suite which consists of 2 bedrooms with ensuite for 5 people sharing

All the bedrooms are bright and airy, comfortable and tastefully furnished to high standard. Most have their own private balcony and have a south facing view. Fresh linen and towels are provided.

There is a large ski room for storing and drying ski equipment at entrance to house with parking space for 2/3 cars, with a large flagstone and grass patio at bottom of the house for al-fresco meals and sociable evenings. The sloped garden continues down to a stream at the bottom of the garden. Smoking is permitted in garden and on balconies.

The house is a short walk from the centre of the village which has several shops, restaurants and bars. It is well-placed for shops, restaurants and other amenities with only a few minutes walk to the village centre. The shops can be found on almost every street in the village and although smallthey sell almost everything. There is an abundance of fresh seasonal fruit, salad and vegetables in the shops and also in the market which is located in the centre of the village.

The water in Momchilovtsi is pure and clear and safe to drink.The village also has a Chemist, an ATM machine, and Internet Cafe and a Post Office. The nearest town of Smolyan is approximately 12km. The unique hospitality of the local people, who are very friendly and helpful, and the delicious local cuisine attract many of those who have decided to spend a holiday in Momchilovtsi and the Rhodopi Mountains.
