Large, new and modern luxury villa on 3 levels with pool and sweeping views to the sea, the great beach of Albena and cape Kaliakra. The perfect summer house for a holiday or celebrate various events and gather different generations or friends. The house is furnished very practical in the sense that all rooms can be used independently or together as apartments of various sizes. All rooms are very spacious, have private bathrooms, large terraces, large panoramic windows to the beautiful view to the sea. There are outdoor stairs to the first floor on both sides of the villa and interior staircases to the second floor and attic.
On the ground floor there is a large and modern fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave etc. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the large living room, from which there is access to the covered terrace and the big swimming pool in front of the villa. There is also a bedroom with two 1½ person beds, large bathroom with a shower and sunny terrace. By the pool there is another large terrace with parasols, beach chairs and sun loungers.
The second floor consists of a large master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe in the hallway, bathroom with shower, sea view from the panoramic window and large terrace with beautiful view over the pool and Albena beach. The master bedroom is connected through a hallway to the second bedroom with two 1½ persons beds, private bathroom with shower and a terrace to the stairs on the right side of the villa. To these two bedrooms there is access from both the interior and outside stairways.
The access to the third bedroom with a double bed, big bathroom with shower and terrace is through the stairs on the right side of the house. This bedroom can also be used by a family of its own. As all the other bedrooms this one also has a nice view to the sea and cape Kaliakra in the distance.
Through the stairs on the left side of the house you can go to the largest covered terrace of the villa on the second floor which belongs to a separate studio with kitchen, dining space, bedroom with a double bed in one and a bathroom with a shower. The panoramic windows and terrace provide a spectacular view to Albena’s beach. It is also possible to use the interior stairs to get to the studio, too.
Through the internal staircase you can reach the large third floor under the high roof of the summer house. It consists of a huge living room with the best panorama view to both the beach in Albena and the sea towards Balchik and cap Kaliakra, a little bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a small terrace where you can enjoy the evening breeze by the sea.
Another staircase leads to the third floor on the huge attic of the house. It consists of a spacious living room with incredible view of the sea and the Kaliakra cape as well as the bay of Albena, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. There is a small balcony where one can enjoy the evening breeze from the sea. There are two single beds in a closed corner and one single bed in a room with many panorama windows to cape Kaliakra on one side and the living rooom on the other. There is a sofa in the living room, which can become a double bed, too.
Bed linens and towels are changed once a week. Guests stay alone at the summe rhouse, but the garden and the pool will be taken care of accordingly.
