Villa Mirabell is an amazing newly built villa at a great location and stunning sea views. Mirabell is a villa to fall in love with, so look no further! With extraordinary sweeping views to Albena resort and Balchik town, Villa Mirabell has one of the most outstanding locations in the entire North Black sea coast. On the left hand side you will enjoy the view to bay of Balchik town and the green hills above. On the right hand side is the second biggest resort on the North coast. If you stay long enough on the sunny balcony, you might get a chance to see the Black sea dolphins swimming in the sparkling waters.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms. Each is stylish and comfortably furnished, equipped with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table, and a private shower room. The master bedroom, located on the entire top floor, has an indoor Jacuzzi. The other two spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The spacious ground floor consists of the living area, including an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, 4 electric hobs, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and a washing machine), a dining area with 6 seats and a cosy lounge with plasma TV and over 300 satellite channels. This comfortable living area is sure to please guests spending their evenings, after long and sunny days around the pool. The living area leads to the extensive veranda, where the swimming pool is situated.
Villa Mirabell is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV is available in the living room and the master bedroom. House security system is available. Parking for 2 to 3 cars is located on the street. Villa Mirabell is equipped with a BBQ, 6 deck-chairs, and 2 parasols.
