Description
Guest House „Old House” offers excellent conditions for a holiday, weekend, meeting with friends or family celebration in a quiet place in the picturesque area near the Pchelina dam.
It is located in the old village of Kopanitsa, 2 km far from the town of Radomir.
We chose this house becаuse we wanted to try to create the unique comfort of the Bulgarian village. Our idea is to combine traditional style with modern facilities.
We have a project to make the place a mini holiday resort. We plan to build another house with capacity 16-18 persons.
The high quality of service, the comfort, the loyal attitude are a priority for us.

The house is a two storey building in traditional style. Suitable for "rural tourism". The house could accommodate large familys or friends companies.
We also provide Cable TV and Internet access.
On the first floor is situated a tavern, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor are located four rooms: two bedrooms and two double rooms, one bathroom. There is a large terrace there. Outside the house there is a barbecue with a large summer dining table for many people. Here is also a room with two beds and private bathroom. During the winter this area is coverd by windows. In the summer it is completely open and offers the possibility of eating outside. The courtyard is 2.5 acras. There is also a Japanese style garden and a summer bar.
The price includes of road jeep safari to an optional destination.

Note:
The „Pchelina” dam is located only 5km from the village.. It is not very big, but beautiful and impressive. Variety of fishes - white fish, tench, chub, perch, babushka, goldfish and more. One of the most beautiful places in Bulgaria is here – The Pchelin Kamak rock. The „St. Joan Letni” church was build on the top of the rock. The length of the shoreline of the lake is 34 km long. Water sports are available in the area. The tourists can also practise off road, cycling, fishing.

- How to get there:
- In the north-western end of the Radomir valley, 45 km from Sofia and 2 km from Radomir is located the Kopanitsa village. It can be reached in two ways: The first one - Sofia-Pernik-Radomir – The second one a new road surfacing and minimal traffic - Bojurishte-Pojarevo-Breznik-Batanovtsi. The village has a train station, which could also be used by the comming guests.
