The villa is located in a quiet village just between the enchanting costal town of Balchik and the newly developing golf-courses between Balchik and Kavarna towns.

The location of the villa offers great proximity to the golf riviera in Bulgaria and the endless beaches of the North Black sea coast, where guests could discover still unspoilt, romantic bays.

Built in 2006, the villa welcomed its first guests in the early beginning of the summer season of 2007 with its cosy and modern facilities. Spread out on 2 floors, this charming holiday home offers its guests a spacious living area, which combines a kitchen and living room with direct approach to the huge private garden with pool in front. The kitchen itself is well equipped with a sink, extractor, oven, toaster, 4 electric hobs, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator combined with a freezer and a washing machine and provides all the comfort for a family vacation in a quiet village area.

In the living room there are a dining table with 6 seats, a comfortable sofa with coffee table and a TV corner with more than 300 Satellite channels and DVD. Apart from the living area, on the ground floor guests will find a twin bedroom and a shower room with combined WC. On the first floor are a double bedroom, another twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Satellite TV is available on the ground floor in the living room. The villa is fully air-conditioned. There is one parking space in the yard. Option for parking 1-2 more cars on the street.
